@CheddarGma  I'm sorry that happened, and can't think of what might have gone wrong. I just checked my order, and it shows free S/H. I'm sure if you contact QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com, you will get a timely resolution to your problem, as phone support has understandably been slow.

Quite new to all this. Went back a checked the 30th time it feels like on my Order Status. Ordered a different item instead. You are a dear for alerting , me to check again. Thank you! I was also lucky enough that they still had one of the TSV (I also learned what that was from you (really quick here)) so I was still able to purchase one. Feeling very blessed for your help! Well. I have one in my cart. I live in California and it says it cannot be delivered to any of the addresses I can use.-  Ridiculous.

Is it about the Proposition 65 (or something like this) regarding the manufacturing or materials used.

I've seen people post about this before.  Maybe someone here can explain it -- I know it's a CA thing.

I'm in CA and I get the Prop. (#?) warnings all the time, but order L n  L and other items all the time with no problem.  I did get this TSV.
