Two of the tabs broke on my lock and lock containers. In the past you could just provide their customer service dept with the product number on the bottom and they would send a replacement lid. Now they are requiring a QVC invoice or proof of purchase. Some of my sets are a few years old and I can't get the invoice now. Plus lock and lock customer service will not sell me the lids that I need on their own. Save your invoices I guess!!!
