Chris Prime is demo-ing a 9 x 13 glass pan on ITKWD. I used Pyrex pans most of my life for bakers and pie plates and had nothing but trouble scraping off burnt corners. Then I realized my mom, grandmother and great-grandmother had somthing going with the stoneware. Now that is all I use.

I got a 9x13 Calphon (however, you spell it) pan from Walmart. It's brown and not cheap, but, nothing sticks and it's a good pan.
I'm getting into King Arthur stuff now. Got their round stoneware roll pan, couple of bread loaf pans and 8 in sq. pan. Glass is OK, just like to get the newer stuff now.

Purchased the glass L&L when it first came out. The glass chipped so slightly you could not see it. It happened on the top don't know if it ever fell in the food.
Since then I purchased the pyrex with the plastic lids and as much as a silicone seal might make food last longer the thought of that breakage will not have me get an item like that again.
