Lock&Lock Customer Service WOW

Just wanted to give a big Kudos to Lock&Lock CS. I had a piece that stained after having spaghetti stored in it and I called the CS and it is being replaced. I was surprised because it was bought some time ago and she said they shouldn't stain at all and she's sending me a new piece. Now that is great customer service. Good to know that some company's stand behind their products. Thanks Lock&Lock. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
