Lock & Lock Customer Service Praise

I just got off the phone with Lock & Lock. What a great experience. One of my tabs broke on the salad carrier (love this item) I babied it for two years. Put it in the fridge overnight. It caused a seal of some sorts. In trying to open the tabs, one snapped. I was very upset. I called the Q, they gave me the 800 number and a new lid was offered without even a concern.

It feels good to deal with a company that stands by its products. Thank you QVC with dealing with such a reliable company. Two years and not even a question. They stood behind their name.
