I have soooo much L&L. My daughter calls me the L&L Lady. I still have some from their first shows. Now, I have started to collect their glass pieces. I know L&L are BPA free but I prefer the glass. I bought their round bowls and we love them. I'm thinking of buying the Big Deal but I have to figure out if they are the sizes I want and if it's worth the money.

Anyone else?

I have three different TSV's in different colors. I plan on only buying specific pieces moving forward, for instance I think they have one for your bread to go in which I would be intersted in.

Sadly, since L&L began offering colored lids and moving away from only clear, the quality has dropped a lot. They are no longer airtight. I have a lot of the original pieces that are clear....they are almost worn out I use them so much. I have bought a set with blue tops and another with green tops...I have stored crackers in some and some tortilla chips in the other...after just a couple of week, both aree stale. I am so disappointed. Won't be buying anymore.

I'm going to get a glass set if and when they ever have free shipping.  I recently ordered a set of Debbie Meyer's green boxes (now they have purple) based on reviews on HSN.  I was never convinced they would keep food any fresher than L n L or other containers, but I'm giving them a try.   I hope they aren't too flimsy.  I'm not surprised that the L n L quality is down as it seems that is true of everything.   I miss the L n L in colors throughout --not only the lid.  I guess it must be cheaper for them to make most parts in clear and only do the lids in colors.

@icezeus I wanted some lock & lock for bread too, but found these at target and they are the perfect size for storing bread.  Plus they match my Mackenzie Childs Courtly check.  They are by Magnolia Hearth and Hand - just search Magnolia enamel storage at Target online.

They have worked out perfectly and come as a set.

I am falling in love with the tritan Lock & Lock pieces...I may sample the glass but I really like the tritan pieces...thought about the TSV but thought the pieces were too small.

I ordered the Big Deal with clear lids. Even though the plastic is microwave safe, don't really care to heat in the plastic containers because tomato based products will stain the plastic even though vendor claims it does not. In addition, I have found that if microwaved in plastic and either temp is too high or left in too long the plastic may start to peel. Long story short, mostly want the glass for tomato based products and other food that I plan to reheat. I will agree with comments about quality not being what it once was. I'm interested in small glass containers with one cup or 1 1/2 cup capacity that I can store things like chili or soup for portion control purposes. Found some of these glass Pyrex containers at local grocery store with similar lids as lock n lock, each container over $4 but worth it to me. Don't think Q would offer such a glass set because of weight and shipping costs. Bottom line, look around and we might find what we really want elsewhere.

@Coquille ..... Just curious ... why did you say you miss Chris? ..... she is still with LnL ....I just saw her the other day???

The glass sets are nice but, the plastic covers never really fit right 🙃

@January121 I miss her presentations. They have Patti as the L&L rep and i think Chris is the best presenter. She's laid back, informative and personal. Not that Patti is bad but she's not as good as Chris, in my opinion.
