Lock & Lock 6-piece Serve & Store Set

If you missed out on this set (K-36655) when it went on Q clearance and sold out - it's available online at Sears. $15. Ships free. (Q clearance price was $29 with shipping).

I love some of the pieces in this set. The 7 cup square so called 'hamburger & hot dog bun' containers are just the right height for storing sliced up cheesecake as well as other cakes. I separate the cake slices with strips of parchment and alternate them in this container so I can remove one or two pieces at a time. Recently, I was given a Balboa Chocolate Peanut Butter cake; portioned it out when I got it and stored in one of these. Also stores 9 muffins. Regular size cupcakes w/frosting. Lock & Lock containers are easy to open even if the container is frozen, unlike most Tupperware containers.

As many of you know, I've been a Tupperware Consultant since 1961, BUT Tupperware isn't always the definitive answer to everything.

The L&L 17 cup 'Tulip' bowl with strainer/ice insert is GREAT to use when you want give your blanched veggies an ice bath, or for rinsing fruit and the like. Turned upside down, without the strainer and with a plate, it's great storage for a Bundt cake.

If you like the Tupperware Season Serve container, but want something quite a bit larger, the L&L in this set is larger. 14 cups.
