Lock N lock messed up my order!

I had ordered several items and they came today.I had ordered 2 huge sets and both of them were not the ones i ordered.A bread box i ordered is missing altogether.I called them and no one to answer.I left a message.What a mess.

Has anyone received their orders?Were your orders correctly delivered?
