I have the 13 x 9 baker with the lid it and my lid it is slowly showing this very fine crack lines in it right beneath the glaze. I am starting to get concerned that this is going to just shatter one day on me. How do I contact Temp-tations customer service?

I don't mean to sound like a downer, but every piece of TT I ever owned ended up with cracking, crazing or downright shattering.

I would throw it out and buy quality products.

I've had same cracks in the glaze. I think on Sunday or last Wednesday, someone called ITKWD and was telling him how much she loved TT, but her lid it cracked in the oven. She mentioned that her DH was making a frozen pizza. The host was quick to jump on that and say that he shouldn't have put something cold on it, then put it in a hot oven. To OP, sorry I don't have the phone number, but I'm sure you could just call CS at QVC and they will give you the proper info.

I bought some Lidia Bastianich pieces at the same time I got my first TT.

The Lidia bakeware is perfect and I use it a lot.

Most of the TT is long gone!

So the Q can sell better made bakeware...but it must not be as profitable as TT, since Lidia is long gone!

With the seeming regular reports of this stuff cracking, you really have to wonder why it still sells and why they're still selling it. Surely, there are other brands they could offer that don't... I wonder if Temptations is another QVC 'house brand'. If so, maybe that's why they refuse to stop. Other than a metal teapot, I don't buy cookware from QVC, but I understand they used to offer a better brand of ceramic or stoneware product but then stopped and moved toward an almost exclusive focus on this one.

My lid to my 13x 9 pan did shatter in oven at 450 degrees. Several pieces I have are showing grey spider like cracks. Very disappointed in the quality. Will not purchase anymore of this bakeware.

My sister bought four of the flowered patterned dish sets at least 7 of the pieces already have chips. It's disgraceful.

This is the only Temptations piece I have, the 13 X 9 pan with the lid that was a TSV. Now I don't use it because I am afraid it will break. How dumb is that? All I can say is, you get what you pay for. This stuff is so inexpensive, no wonder so many people have problems with it. I won't buy any more, that's for sure.
