Cinnamon Life cereal, half a banana, strong Thompson's Irish Breakfast Tea with light cream. My go-to breakfast during the week.

Usually it's Cheerios Cinnamon Oat Crunch cereal.

OP--have done exactly what you did many times---with whatever type of bread in the freezer,  I intended to use up as bread crumbs. Breakfast is my fave meal and could eat it all day.

Raisin bran with a banana and fat free milk.  Breakfast is a must for me.  Other mornings I'll have oatmeal or Eggo waffles or pancakes.  I never skip breakfast!!!

I am on an 18:6 Intermittent Fasting schedule, meaning I don't eat anything between 6pm and noon the following day.  The only thing I have in the morning is lemon water, some meds & supplements, a mug of coffee with MCT oil and a little stevia.

Always ate regular  breakfast my whole life ,till 2 years ago when I started doing  intermittent fasting,so my breakfast now is a cup of coffee with MCT powder .Couldn't be easier and it takes my cravings away can go some days to 2 or 3 in the afternoon when I make myself a smoothie using Andrew Lessman Secure ,to break the fast .

Know if I went back to eating a regular breakfast I would find myself eating all day and putting on the pounds, finally have it under control and never felt better.

I love breakfast anytime of the day! Usually it will be Greek plain yogurt with fruit, berries or chopped apples with cinnamon & a drizzle of honey. Other faves are eggs, any style or veggie, ham, cheese omelet with hash browns. Once in a great while I'll have pancakes or waffles with bacon or sausage. Oatmeal is a go to in the winter. Of course, don't forget my coffee!!

Great post, giving me more ideas for my favorite meal of the day!
