For those who might not yet have heard this tip about lemons, I'm going to repeat it because I was so late learning it, and wish someone had told me years ago.

O.K. I read that you can make lemons juicier by storing them in water in the fridge. Now I have not had a record of 'doing right' by lemons. For starters, I didn't refrigerate them, and then I kept them too long, they went bad, and I wasted way too many lemons.

Now I'm happy toi tell you Smile that keeping them in the fridge in water not only makes them juicier, but it keeps them fresh. I squeezed one tonight that I've had in the fridge in water (with its brothers and sisters and a few cousins) for more than three weeks and it was as fresh as could be.

I love it when things like that happen.
