Funniest thing @Mothertrucker- when I saw your lead line, My VERY FIRST THOUGHT was what an ELEGANT hash that meat would make! 

 

My mother used to serve hash often, but I cannot remember ever making hash during my married life.

 

Just recently found a food processor that I can "kind of" use. I just may have to give it a try!

I am having the KC beef tenderloin. Love it. Some great ideas here on what to do with any leftovers.

Sooner, I am swooning over the stroganoff-and let's go for broke: I can't ever get enough mushrooms-any and all kinds!
