My item arrived this afternoon.  I think I will enjoy it.  I was doubtful as some others were against me buying such a pricey item.  I gifted myself.  Just sharing.

I don't know which item you ordered, but I have two Le Creuset's that I've ordered from QVC over the years and I love them. I think you will enjoy it. 😊

@Puzzle Piece - Did you order the latest TSV, the Cassadou? What color did you get?

I've used Le Creuset since DH gave me a set as a wedding present. I love it, and I have the Cassadou.

I think you will love using it, and you can always find good recipes in the Recipe forum.  Smiley Happy

@beach-mom Yes, I ordered the TSV.  The color is named Marseile or something like that.

Thanks for the tip.

It's an addition to my Revereware which will outlast my lifetime and which I have enjoyed owning.

@Puzzle Piece Just don't turn that burner up really high!  READ the booklet or go on the Le Creuset site about how to cook in this cookware.  It is fabulous if you know how to cook in it!  We love ours and have had some of it since 1992!

I have learned since my first purchase years ago to start out low.

I only have one piece, a small griddle.  Love it.  A friend got two, almost new Le Creuset Dutch ovens at an estate sale for $20 for both.  It was her lucky, lucky day.  She was sooooo happy!

@Puzzle Piece Congrats!! I love my le Creuset! My first piece was a gift to me when my gram passed away, I cherish it still and have added several pieces over the years. I was hoping mine would get here today but it hasn't arrived. I ship to my DH's office and he was off yesterday-so fingers are crossed.

ENJOY yours, I envy your new journey!
