I saved and printed your measurements, too.  I don't bake in loaf form often, but that's all the more reason I need a written reminder of the pan sizes and volume when I do.

By golly got me a FINE bread pan now.

 

Never heard of Hestan heavy duty stainless steel products. Dishwasher safe and measures

 

9x5x2.75 inches   that baby is WIDE.  Got at Dillards

cost a fortune, but, I'll get plenty of use out of it.

 

Lot better then Le Creuset baby pan.
