Re: Laura Weathers - Refrigerator Rolls

She mentioned at last TSV airing that people were not finding them on Pinterest. She said they would be on there tomorrow for sure. Personally and many of us would rather not do the social media thing but would rather get our info at Q website. I noticed all the hosts have there recipes! Why not our vendor guest hosts too!?? How about it Q?

The recipes COULD be proprietary to KitchenAid...or Laura Weathers...

Re: Laura Weathers - Refrigerator Rolls

I found this recipe on Laura's site for today's show. It is for a shortbread crust.

For the Crust
  • 30 shortbread cookies (Murray’s sugar-free or similar)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Crust cookies finely in a food processor. Mix with melted butter. Press to compact. Chill until filling is ready.

Re: Laura Weathers - Refrigerator Rolls

I made the KitchenAid lady's dough (moms dinner rolls) and they came out very good. My sons loved them. I made on Tuesday and kept in refrigerator until Fri making some every day. I will only keep for 4 days because there is an egg in the recipe. But that's just me. But try it. You'll like them.
