Lasagna Question

Does anyone "drain" their Ricotta Cheese before mixing it for Lasagna?

Care to share your family recipe?

We have it every year for Christmas and I hate the water that settles out of the ricotta....I'm just afraid if I use cheesecloth to drain it, the lasagna will be too dry.

Any suggestions?
