I have decided to puchase either a 10pc ($499.00) or 16pc (w/steak knives $599.00) Lamson cutlery set. This is for gift giving so I have decided to buy the block set vs individual pcs. Can anyone elaborate on the forged rosewood vs the forged ebony silver sets?
