The person who styled the lab salmon surely wasn't trained in food styling or knowledgeable with using fresh colorful produce would have made everything more appealing than bland beige. The snap peas k limp greens next to oddly shaped 🤔 pasta? whatever that nonsense must say lab salmon reminds me of snails.😬

Gross! Easy pass for me. Just say No to fake fish.  Wild caught or nothing.

Oh, this does not sound good.  While I'm all in on the idea that less animal killing is good, the thought of something that's supposed to simulate meat or fish created in a laboratory is just ghoulish.

Anyone aware of Aquabounty's GMO salmon?

While major retailers so far are refusing to sell GMO salmon at least one New England restaurant has it on the menu.

To consume or not is a personal decision.  However, the lack of required labeling is my biggest complaint.  IMO all genetically modified foods should be labeled so the consumer can make an informed decision.  This to would also extend to cloned foods.

Almost all non-organic produce is cloned. All bananas, including organic, are cloned.
