Not me!  I have several lids that broke off under normal use. But who saves invoices for years?  Again, not me.  So I'm stuck with them. I do find that three snaps can hold the lid on tight, so I still use most of them.

I did years and years ago.  No invoice, no nothing.  But I've read here that they have tightened up in the past several years.  L&L is sold elsewhere and I suppose they want to be sure yours came from QVC.

@Perkup

FWIW

I do!  I read the warranty & staple the receipt/invoice to it.  On the receipt I write the expiration date.

I have 2 receipt boxes.  One is for regular receipts & the other is for BedBath&Beyond receipts.   BBB has a NO TIME LIMIT return policy.  I have returned items to them that I have had over 10+ years.

Once a year I go through receipt box #1 to throw away expired warranties.

I have as well as the sealers.  I had my invoice/receipts to prove item(s) was purchased from QVC.

It's a joke!  I called once - when they were in their NJ office and was told they'd send out a replacement lid, but were moving so it would be awhile.  Waited couple months and called again.  Someone very rudely basically said TS (that was the gist of it:  no longer guaranteed).  Mine wasn't that old.  The lid fell from the microwave - 'cause you always have to put it on upside down - and the tab broke when it hit the porcelain floor tiles.  So, when they say it's guaranteed, it's a joke!

A few years ago I had 2 broken lids ... I called the office and they told me the same thing ... that they would send replacements but, because they were moving to ( not from) New Jersey that It would be a few weeks until I received the replacements... about 6 weeks later I received 2 new pieces ( not just the lids) ... they were very nice to me on the phone and I was very pleased with the new products they sent me.

This is an interesting thread.  I have never had a lid break though, I have at least 30 pieces some over 10 years old.

Now watch, one will break tomorrow!

You can look up most of your purchases in your order history and print out an invoice which will serve as proof of purchase.  However, I don't think they go back as long as 10 years.

I've only broke one tab in all the years I've had L&L.  I didn't waste my time trying to get a new one.  I've learned "Limited Lifetime"  doesn't mean much.
