Kuhn Rikon Steak Knives

I have practically every knife Kuhn Rikon has ever had on QVC. I've been waiting for a set of steak knives with the sheaths to come out. So imagine my surprise when I saw that QVC offered such a set back in 2010. How in the world did I miss that? The reviews were excellent so I'm wondering why they aren't still available. I have looked everywhere and no one has them.
