I wonder how many people they convinced that they MUST have this.

After all, it seems from the presentation, you could not POSSIBLY cook a chicken breast using a regular pot lid without it coming out half raw. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

What is it a lid for? I have Kuhn Rikon knives, but bought them at Ross.
