Kuhn-Rikon Microwave Pressure Cooker

Wife had me order one of these.  Yesterday it was delivered so I sat down to read the instructions/recipes.  Not to my surprise, there's no instructions for cooking a pot roast.  No idea of time, what to add to the cooker besides the beef.....NOTHING......NADA!!  Anyone out there have one of these that could offer some help?
