Kitcken Aid TSV - Hand Mixer - Holiday Return Policy?

Does the TSV for today from Kitchen Aid fall within the holiday return policy? I want to buy this for my mom, but do not want to give it to her until Christmas and want to make sure that she had a chance to use it and return it if she ends up not liking it.
