Kitchenaid: Thank you for solving my problem!!!!

I had started a post on 9/15/11: Not happy with Kitchenaid- any one else with problems? I was frustrated and wanted suggestions. My replacement mixer arrived yesterday. I was not able to open the package until this morning. WOW!!!!!!! The mixer was brand new plus upgraded to: 5qt 325 watt Artisan!!!!!! Thank you kitchenaid and to every one that took the time to respond.{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
