Re: Kitchenaid Artisan Stand Mixer Mini?

You guys have GREAT kitchens!  I am always doing higher math to try and see if I can "fit in" just one more appliance.  The little baby Stand Mixer is adorable and if I didn't make my (practically no liquid) cookies, I'd buy it and sell my Professional 600 (575 Watts).... but after mixing these cookies for years, my arm, wrist and hand just won't do it any more.  My little hand mixer won't even move the dough.... lol!

But I keep the 600 on my counter with a cover over it and just pull it forward when I need it, and when I can't do that anymore, I'll buy one of those slide dealys so I can just slide it out.

But yes, the little stand mixer is a winner for sure!  Woman LOL

@Q4u

you might want to re-think selling your Pro600.  When I moved & downsized I sold my "original" one because I thought I wouldn't need it. Wrong!!!

Within 6 months I re-ordered! Yes, it's very heavy but lucky for me I have a walk-in pantry to store it & spouse to carry it (I can't).

I ❤ the smaller one!
