Call me petty, but it burns me up, when someone makes a Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich and leaves bits of peanut butter in the jelly jar, because they used the same knife, and didn't wipe it off. Smiley Sad

Next?

Or, remnants of jelly left on the butter in the butter dish, hubby is guilty of this when he eats toast, that's my pet peeve🤔

Not at my house, but I have seen others brushing their teeth at the kitchen sink....oh no, that is gross!

Several members of my husband's family do that and they store their tooth brushes in the kitchen.  Gag!!!

My husband was "older" when we married, so I accepted the fact that he had a lot of ingrained habits...

BUT.......he would eat up leftovers during the night, and then cover up the EMPTY container and put it back in the fridge.

I had a hard time getting used to the "empties"...(the gnawed-off ham bone was probably the worst).

Bread in plastic bags.  As the bread is used, the plastic end becomes longer.

I dislike the longer plastic end, so I cut it, eliminating my peeve..

I started doing that too .. then my adult kids started .. now

it's become a family joke ....then a friend saw my daughter

doing it and she thought it a great idea and now does it ....

So funny ....

My worst is about 1-2 oz of milk or whatever left in the bottle.  This is more at my restaurant job than at home.  At home, If you drink a glass of milk then take a sip, and also drink the last ounce.

Another one was at work.  Take a half a donut, then later there is a quarter of a donut left.  Eat it or toss it, who wants to then pick up 1/4 of a donut?

Gosh, that used to annoy the heck out of me, when someone would bring in donuts at work, there was always this one person who would only take half a donut without using a napkin to half it then later come back and eat the other half, we all knew who was doing this, just take the whole donut and eat it, it was so annoying!

Putting or returning things to the refrigerator, uncovered--like they do on TV.
