I purchased my second stand mixer in February on QVC from Kitchen Aide. It had a $30. rebate. I sent it in within the scheduled time along with the required proofs of purchase. I just realized this week I did not receive the rebate and called the company. They claimed they did not receive the paperwork. Apparently because I did not call within the six weeks to inquire, the rebate period is closed and I've been denied the rebate. They are not responsible for "misdirected mail". I have so many wonderful KA products and I'm deeply disappointed in this assumption that I did not send it in. I even made copies and tehy will no longer recognize them. Be warned, QVC shoppers.
