I ordered the TSV and it was in my home in less than 72 hours. Perfect for me - and I knew as I ordered when the far-out delivery date was. The actual delivery was better than promised. I like that.

Dummy that I am, until I read somewhere on the boards that someone hadn't received their rebate coupon, I'd forgotten about it already! Yes, I would have remembered eventually because the grinder was one of the things I liked about the TSV. Still, I hadn't looked for that form.

Today I called CS to have one sent because right now my printer doesn't work so I can't get it online and this was the good news. The rebate coupon is already in the mail even before I called. CS rep warned me I need to cut out the code numbers from the box as indicated on the form to get the rebate (lots of companies ask for that), so if your order didn't have the form be sure to save the box with the code numbers on it. Fortunately, I haven't even opened mine.

I don't know if the rebate has any date limit on it, but if you're giving the mixer as a gift, be sure to check and be sure to tell the recipient to save the box until they cut out the required info.
