Kitchen Aid CS Stinks

Hello ladies: Just a word to everyone thinking of buying a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. Their agenda is for you to believe it will last for generations, right? My 6 year old Accolade (infrequently used) is making a weird clicking noise (gear?), but my whopping 1 year warranty is up.

My $30 19 year old Black and Decker hand mixer just broke. Used way more than the stand mixer. Guess what brand of hand mixer I WON'T be buying?

A bad customer service experience gets told much more than a good one. Smiley Happy
