Just ordered their giant spatula. Shame, I didn't think about it when they had free shp few weeks ago. LOL

Be good to help pick up pizza dough from the granite block and dumplings.

They have great products.

I just love King Arthur Catalog! Every few months I go through a spate of ordering things. This month's catalog has me drooling - all that lemon stuff and cheddar cheese biscuits.

@SharkE

Did Q sell out or did they have a better price?

Purchased one for my son 3 years ago and everyone love it - they had never seen anything like it.

Has anyone tried their pie crust recipe off their website?

I love King A products! I never knew they had a catalog, though!

you talking about that big ol' grill spatula ? No, this is for picking up cake layers, pie and pizza doughs, dumplings. stainless steel and dishwasher safe with silicone recessed handle.

I am a big King Arthur fan. DH and I got to Vermont every fall (we live in central PA), just to take a King Arthur baking class. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the classes are a lot of fun. We both enjoy them. And while we're there, I bring home half the store; we stock up on flour and such and then I stick it in freezer bags for the freezer.

My DIL always gifts me with a gift card from King Arthur at Christmas. I can always find something in the catalog that's perfect for my baking needs.

Their recipes are wonderful and I've never had a recipe fail me. From cookies to breads to sourdough recipes, to whole grain recipes, they are excellent. I have the cookbooks and get a lot of interesting recipes on their site as well as via email. Right now, they've been doing a bake-along, where I get a new recipe every month to try. I haven't tried one yet that didn't work out perfectly.

I really can't say enough good things about King Arthur.

I'm thinking this gadget will pick up lot of dumplings at one time instead of me scraping them up with a butter knife one by 1 getting old,
