I got some vanilla blueberry at Walmart last week & didn't like them at all. I like to buy the flavor I want and may try the peanut butter, but I really wasn't impressed.

Even though KIND bars are low sugar/calories, they are 50-75% pure FAT. That fact is lost in advertising translation. Buyer & Eater aware.

My husband eats them for a mid day snack at work; he is fortunate to not have to worry about the fat. I would think some of the fat comes from the nuts. I am not so fortunate, so I stay away from these. It is good to see free s/h. being offered.

They are practically at every single grocery store chain that I've seen. Just last week they were 4/$5 individually.

I found them to be satisfying, didn't check the WW points though, maybe someone can give those to me.

There are a lot of nuts in Kind Bars, so they do have fat calories...but these are the healthy types of fats that fill us up and satisfy our appetites.

I buy them at Trader Joe's for less $$$...but my store has a limited selection, so I'm happy to pay a few cents more and get these other flavors.

I would suggest that you read the nutritional information before buying. Yes they are tasty and have mostly natural ingredients. If you eat one every day as a snack you will gain weight. Dried fruit and nuts have a lot of fat and sugar.

I bought the vanilla blueberry & wondered if I would like them. I love them. YUM!!! I guess we all have different tastes on what we like & don't like. I also like the peanut butter with chocolate, the nuts with chocolate & sea salt & the fruit & nut. I want to try the pomegranate blueberry pistachio. $2 is too much since you can buy them for less.

Unfortunately, they all contain soy which I cannot eat and many contain milk which doesn't work since I'm lactose intolerant. Thankfully they included ingredients on the website so I could check and find out that they won't work for me without having to order first.

Hope those of you who order them enjoy all varieties.
