My daughter in-law need some good recipes for a 8 and 9 year old. My 9 year old grandson is overweight and she is trying to get both to eat healthy. She is looking for recipes that would include yellow squash, and yellow and red peppers. She tried grilling them but that didn't go over very well. The only thing they do like is salads, raw califlower, carrots and cucumbers.
Any suggestions?
