Keurig or not

At first glance using a Keurig seems an expensive way to get a cup of coffee. The brewer costs over a $100 compared to 12 cup Mr. Coffee brewers for $30, and the pods are an expensive way to brew a cup compared with just scooping out a measure from a Gevalia (my fav coffee) can. Yet, the convenience of a Keurig does attract.

From Keurig users do you find the added expense of getting your coffee fix worth it? I'm seriously considering getting one from QVC (even tho I yap about QVC
