Oh, crud. I bought 2 at Kohls that have the numbers matching the recall. I haven't even wrapped them yet. I'll try to take them back today and see if I can do an exchange.

Thanks so much for the information. I purchased two of the K39963 K10 personal brewers in December 2013. I went back on my orders to try and find these. The Q doesn't sell this one anymore but I'm still going to check the serial number to see if these are the recalled ones. I've not had any problems with mine at all, but better to be safe than sorry. They call it the MINI plus brewer..I did see the video for the one I purchased and it didn't say anything about being a 'mini plus' brewer. Ahhhh..hate these recalls.

I've had no overheating nor spraying of water either. I purchased mine in Sept of '13. Just went & checked......mine is on the Recall list #31.2002.052493 )-: It is the Mini Plus Brewers only in the recall.

Thank you. Well if your brewer is on the list mine will probably be as well since I purchased mine three months after you. Are you going to return yours?

Aresnz......I'm still thinking LOL! ETA: I just went & made myself a cup of coffee & stood & watched as it brewed. Absolutely no spraying, spitting of hot water. I do take good care of this Keurig by running 1 part Vinegar to 3 parts H2O through it once a month. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I'd hate to lose this....I even pack it up & take it with us on road trips!

First of all…..it's not just the Keurig K-10s sold by QVC!!!!! It's Keurig K 10's sold by many on-line and B&M stores. Now, getting that out of the way……I called first thing this AM. My unit purchased in October is on the list, but I've been using it every day without issue. They are sending out a repair kit in mid-January. The unit I bought in December does not appear to be on the list, but they are sending out a repair kit for that also.

In the meantime, she said to go ahead and use the unit, but not to brew successive cups, one after the other, and to stand at least arm's length away from the brewer. Since I only brew one cup a day, I'm not concerned about the issue. And I never just stand waiting for it to brew. I always walk away for a minute or two while it's brewing.

These units are being sold all over the place. I'll bet the Keurig lines will be swamped today!!!!!!!!

I know...such decisions.

This is what it says on the miniplusbrewer.com site... A repair kit is mentioned. ???

What Occurs?
Hot liquid could escape from certain MINI Plus Brewing System units during use. Keurig has determined that this event is more likely to occur if the brewer is used to brew more than two cups in quick succession.

Action Required
Please contact us immediately to obtain a free repair kit which resolves the potential issue. To determine if your brewer is among those units potentially affected based on its serial number displayed on the bottom of the unit (pictured below) visit www.miniplusbrewer.com any time or call toll-free at (844) 255-7886 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) or email keurig@inmar.com. Please note, the call center will be closed December 25, 2014 and January 1, 2015 but www.miniplusbrewer.com will remain accessible during this time.

I just called customer service and she told me they have been told by Keurig that the ones they sold are not on the recall list. I have to question her response since it said any model that has a 31 on the bottom is recalled. She did not know if they would refund the shipping charges of $10.94 since according to them it is not on the list. $20 to return, and my first easy pay is $21.44! I'm done with Keurig and I am going to return it.

Ironically, the Dyson fan recall was right after its TSV. That was a total hassle as the fan had to be returned and was sent back to me with a gash in the housing. After paying over $300 for a fan, which was total stupidity on my part, I wasn't going to accept a damaged replacement. It took months for them to send me another fan. I hope these TSVs and/or special pricing events aren't used to move questionable products. It takes a lot of complaints to force a recall so it might be worth the gamble for them. Sorry to be so negative, but QVCs quality checks are declining considerably over past years.

Repair kit, are you kidding! I want a coffee maker that works and not spend my time trying to repair it. And who knows if the repair kit will fix the issue or how to even repair it. I expect my $86 brewer to work.
