Just received elite kerig cm.to me settings are not user friendly.am having a terrible time adjusting water temp.called the company,and each time operator could not speak englush.so frustrated!has anyone experienced this with kerig?

We had an elite before and didnt have a problem.  Have you read the manual?   Try looking for an instructional video on YouTube.

@Luvsmyfam I've had a bunch of Keurig's never ever knew you could adjust the temperature.  I've always put my coffee in the microwave in order to heat it to the HOT that I like.  My husband is happy with the temperature the coffee is brewed.  I need mine HOT. Checked Google and found thisI

 

Temperature Control: Press the settings button 3 times and use the up and down arrows to select your preferred temperature. Auto On: Press the settings button until a sun icon appears.   

 

Note there are videos if you need one to help you further.  Just google "changing temperature on Keurig Elite" Smiley Happy Good luck!

Thank you all for responding.and yes,I've read manual,watched videos,and even called corporate office.they came to conclusion that mine is defective,so they are sending me another one

Just to let all of you know I always get my stuff from QVC, but while channel surfing I passed HSN, the same Kerig coffee machine on HSN same price $159.00 but HSN offered 72 coffee pods QVC 48 and $7.50 shipping. QVC shipping was much higher just to put it out there and HSN had multi colors QVC only one color
