I saw her on todays show with her new baby daughter and looked at her bio. I never knew she was married to Bill Joel in the early 2000's

Re: Katie Lee The Kitchen

[ Edited ]

Too me there is something about her --- a bit of an arrogance Ive seen on this show and other Food Network Shows she's appeared on....And her culinary background isnt that great or extensive either....An odd choice for this show...She kinda ruins the show for me....I do like all the rest of the cast ....JMHO

I've always liked her and I knew years ago she had been married to Billy Joel.

I really enjoyed her when she was on Top Chef, eons ago. Alex is the one on The Kitchen that I just can't stand.

I love Alex and every food show she is on.  She can really explain the level of flavors.  I guess I admire that because, honestly, I could care less about food and eating.  I love watching the cook shows and I hate to cook.....go figure.

As far as Katie Lee, I think she is beautiful. She reminds me of Ali McGraw.  She adds something different to a food show, perhaps not cooking knowledge LOL.  And yes, I knew she was married to Billy Joel.  He seems to attract beautiful women.........it has to be the voice. Woman Wink

I can take Katie Lee in small doses.  If she had a show where she was the main host I know I wouldn't be able to watch it.

In an ensemble such as they have on The Kitchen I don't mind her and at times I find her funny.   I like when she talks about her childhood in West Virginia.

@tends2dogs  Uh certainly!  LOL!!! And here I thought it was his huge billfold. . . who knew!

I have never liked her and I can't really say why.  Actually I don't care for anyone on the show.  So I don't watch.  I sort of like Sunny but wish she would tone it down.  But of all of them she is my best liked.

Watched the show earlier. Cute baby. At the end I recognized the lady who was making cider but couldn't place where from.  Then they said her name Mary De Angelis from Qvc.
