Kansas City Steaks have changed!

I have ordered the 4 or 5 oz filets for many years and have loved them- I went to order once again and noticed that they all have bacon around them. Not even a choice. Also they are packed in 2s. Really want them individually packed. WHat's happening? I know everything is going up- these as well, but you should have a choice about the bacon.
