gazelle77: Good idea!!! Whole foods carries frozen kale, but I just use it in soups. I must pull some out tonight when I have my 'Big Salad'!

The nice thing about the fresh in the pre washed packages is the kale does not smell strong. It just smells green. I hope the frozen does not have that KALE sour smell??? Plus it is also NOT soggy.
