Very pretty, as pots go.  Put some flowers in it for Valentine Day.  I'd leave it out on the stove.

Glad U saw it in case it goes poof. Got a R Ray orange cast iron pot , but, giving that away, don't want any more heavy stuff to drag in and out of the pantry. This is aluminum and enamel on outside. When you watch the demo it compare this new Nordic Ware Pro stuff to cast iron and it shows on a wgt scale how when full of soup or whatever the cast iron can weigh as much as 20 pds. ! Those days are over for me.

Guess it's iron outside and aluminum on inside not sure just know it doesn't weigh as much and aluminum is the best conductor of heat. 

David , can handle the iron I don't want it any more.
