Received the Keurig-K for Christmas and the filter. No sooner we tried the filter for the first time, we had water sieving out. I read the comments on the BB and I gather this is NORMAL. I sent an email complaining about it...no response! SO I called CS, as many of you said you have and that they have a great CS. When I told her about the comments and this has been an ongoing problem since 2008 and Keurig hasn't corrected the problem, she said (more or less) that it was NOT TRUE. She said you have to grind your brand of coffee "coarsely" and it will be find. I told her I thought that would compromise the strength of the coffee, and she said it wouldn't. Anyway, I fooled around with it and no matter what type of grind the coffee sucked and I still had water sieving out.
IMO....I just don't think there is a solution to this problem. Why a company would put something on the market that doesn't work, and continue to get away with it---is ridiculous. Where is consumer protection on something like this???? The basket is $15.95, I know, no huge price but its the principal of it all.
