I much preferred Laura Weathers when she was the rep, her experience and demos were a pleasure to watch.  Tina, the new rep, who was a Pillsbury winner is also excellent at demonstrating how the products work at their best, but the "little girl" voice is difficult to hear and listen to at times.  Other than the voice, I think she is a very good rep and like her demos....
