When she was using the KA hand mixer, she said she used an extra egg and melted butter instead of oil when mixing a cake mix.

Then, when she was mixing the brownie mix, she said to add milk to make the brownie mix into a cake mix. She didn't say how much, she just sorta poured it in.

So by that I guess she puts milk in her cake mixes, instead of water. Anybody think that also??

Also, has she given another other baking tips I missed?? If so please post.

I love her tips and always enjoy her presentations. I have a classic KA in white and no plans to give it up or upgrade though.

I now remember she added vanilla to the cake mix.
