KA Food Processor...what blade to use?

I want to crumble raw cauliflower in my KA food processor. What blade should I use?

Thanks

I would use the multi-purpose blade. It should look something like this:KitchenAid 9-Cup Food Processor Multipurpose Blade

Re: KA Food Processor...what blade to use?

It mostly depends on what you want in a finished product. A grating blade could do the job but might be too fine. A slicing blade followed by a little hand work might give you a better option. The all purpose chopping blade is a good option but you might find the results a bit uneven with some very fine and some larger chunks. It largely depends on what you mean by ""crumble."" If you're just looking to break it apart then a plastic kneading/dough blade might be best as it won't so much chop as beat it into little pieces. I suspect a little experimentation to find out what gives you the results you want is your best bet.
