I'm curious as to whether anyone has received their KitchenAid TSV Food Processor from 10/25 yet?  I keep checking the tracking number & there's nothing showing since 10/27.  It's being shipped thru LaserShip, which I have never heard of.  Normally the tracking is updated at least once daily but not this company.  I just don't want it sitting outside my gate for hours (too tempting for some unfortunately) so normally I watch for my packages or have someone grab them for me if I'm out all day.  I have other things coming & this company just doesn't seem to bother updating their tracking info at all.

@Melannie  I've seen some other threads complaining about Lasership recently. If you do a search for Lasership on these Boards they will come up.  It seems that they only operate in the eastern part of the country.

Yeah, until 2 days ago I never heard of them & I have never seen their logo on a delivery vehicle.  I'm in SW FL.  I see on their website they partner with FedEx so that could be who's handling their packages here.  I just sent CS an email as my tracking still isn't updated since 10/27.  If this is how their holiday packages will be handled I won't be shopping much.  I've been a customer since '96 & have bought everything from cheap earrings to a $4600 Sleep Number bed.  I could count on one hand the trouble I've had with receiving packages in a timely manner.  And CS always refunded shipping if I complained.  At least UPS & USPS always update their tracking.  Not too pleased right now.

Mine got lost in the process of leaving qvc and arriving at ups. I just received it today after 2 emails and a phone call to qvc.  For those of you that received this item, how was it packaged? Mine looks used and I think it might have been a return.
