K89003 - IN STOCK OR NOT

At 5:30 a.m. I received an email that this item 14 piece prep sealer sticks are now back in stock.  I clicked on shop now and it says the item is not available and out of stock.  QVC needs to get their act together.  Is it or isn't it?

@WORKING GAL.  Did you call CS?  They might have an explanation whereas we customers surely do not.

@Kachina624- My point was not to ask the forum but to inform others of a confusing issue.  I will call customer service but QVC needs to be more mindful of informing people about what is in stock or not.

@- As I said, QVC needs to get their act together.  The info they put out to customers should .be accurate.

@WORKING GAL @Not sure if this could be what happened but if only a couple came back in stock it's possible they went to people on a waitlist.  They might have been ahead of you.  Sometimes yes they confirm it's back in stock but they have no control over stock that then gets distributed to the people on waitlists.  It's definitely a bummer you didn't get a chance at one.  Hopefully CS can sort it out for you.

When these were first on the air, I asked if anyone here liked them. Mostly I have bags of frozen veggies closed with a paper clip. Not a good seal. Then one day I thought why not put the rest in a one qt. Ziplock bag. Problem solved. The big A store sells sets of these too. LocknLocks work for everything else.

@WORKING GAL I can relate to your comment because I had a similar issue just yesterday. I purchased an item 10/19 and received an actual expected delivery date. Yesterday I received an email explaining that an error occurred and that the order could not be fulfilled.🤦‍♀️ I appreciated the notification rather than waiting and then having to place a call to CS, and think they are having unforeseen, regrettable issues relating to the recent software updates. Hopefully, these issues will be resolved out soon.🤞😐
