K34643 - My review was declined

I bought this set on a clearance price earlier this year (it is now back up to regular price) as a gift for 2012 Christmas. I'm glad I finally opened the box this week to check the set - what a mess! The white lid painting was splashed into the navy blue on each one and the rim of one of the bases was not completely covered in glaze. Even the snowflakes were in different positions on the bases. So I wrote a customer review listing these problems. Today I received an email from QVC that my review was declined. I thought TT had resolved its quality control issues - the polka dot pieces I've bought have been fine. I guess I'll have to open packages immediately from now on if I buy any more TT.
