All the bread I make thought the bread saw would be a
good thing.
I got the red. Cut meatloaf. Ton of other things too

I bought the Amazon Basics knife set that includes a bread knife, and it's been great. The whole set has been great. The bread knife gets the most use from me, and after 16 months, it's still doing great.

I never thought I needed a saw to cut bread.

With some homemade or artisanal bread, you almost need a chainsaw due to the thick crust.

I don't like to mash down soft bread when I cut it with a regular bread knife. Kind of like a electric knife without the cord or batteries. LOL

I tried that Panera bread one time and bakery bread.
Flavorless (like Walmart dollar loaves) and hard crust.
Went back to making my own.
Mine takes, butter, eggs, sugar and milk. Can't go wrong.

DH uses a GE electric knife we received almost 50 years ago when we got married.
DH says the bread cuts easier the next day. I like to eat it hot out of the oven. He wants to let it cool.
