Jimmy the Baker Coffee Cakes

Cleaning out my chest freezer and I found a coffee cake.....its probably about a year old so I'm hoping it still tastes good.  I can't remember the baking instructions.  Does anyone remember if it needs baked and for how long?

All the things I've bought from Jimmy - muffins primarily - are heat and eat. Thaw it - if you have a puddle of goo - nope it's not 'cooked'.  I'm sure it's ready to go if it doesn't have freezer burn.
