Has anyone tried or know anything, good or bad, about the Jenny Craig diet plan?

Tried it several years ago and loved it!...Lost about 30 lbs...the frozen meas and snacks were very good, the others were hit and miss...after I was at my goal weight, I wanted to keep buying the meals but they said I had to keep weighing in and meeting with my counselor, it became a hassle so I just stopped going...Good luck on whatever program you choose!

I've lost 85 pounds using Jenny and after many years of WW (which included reaching lifetime status......and immediately gaining back everything), I am on my 6th month of maintenance with Jenny and I love it. I started the program in July of 2012 at 196lbs.....I now maintain between 110 and 114lbs. I loved the food, I loved the on-on-one, I love that it didn't take very much time to stop in and weigh/pick up food, I love the maintenance, and MOST OF ALL, I love not having to sit in a meeting full of people listening to other people go on and on. I purchased the platinum program which included maintenance and if I maintain my weight within their guidelines for my height for a year, I'll get half of my program money back.
For me......Jenny was the best!!!

Cheaper than all the times I have done WW over the years..........I only succeeded once at WW and then I picked the high end of their weight guidelines for my height for my goal....got myself down to about 138, but on their maintenance (which all they told me was to add points....not much help at all) I was only to maintain for a nano-second.
My initial pgm cost at Jenny was the highest price pgm. about $500., and that includes maintenance, but I haven't paid them a cent since....just the cost of my food. They're willing to switch out foods you don't care for to something you like. I also did breakfasts on my own which helped me save money on Jenny food. It's been a very positive experience for me.
I also wanted to add that I lost weight every single week on Jenny until I reached about 122lbs......it was then that my body was making it's adjustments and the loss slowed down a little, but sticking to it and exercising (which I now love) got me beyond where I ever thought I could be weight-wise.

I've read that exercise is a big part of Jenny. Is that true? Is it possible for someone who can't exercise to benefit from Jenny in your opinion?

</ Absolutely......they work with whatever challenges you may have. I liked that it took away the stress of constantly making the right food choices and helped me relax into a healthy routine.
