Jamba Juice Vitamix Smoothie Disappointment...

They had a special offer of a $1 smoothie from 9-11 AM so I went over there. I believe they use the pro Vitamix blenders. I was surprised how icy it was. There were lots of good sized icy bits I could crunch with each sip. I'm sure the blend time is automated. I had thought that Vitamix made a smoother mixture than what they served there. Does it not make a smoothie using ice without leaving small icy bits in it?
